أصدرت شركة “نايا للتطوير العقاري” بياناً بشأن وضع مشاريعها في الساحل الشمالي ومدينة الشيخ زايد الجديدة وذلك في ختام موسم ناجح حققت فيه الشركة عدداً من النجاحات على صعيد التنفيذ والبناء وكذلك على مستوى المبيعات الغير مسبوقة.

وأعلنت “نايا للتطوير العقاري” تنفيذ 55% من أعمال الهيكل الخرساني وبدء العمل في بنود التشطيب في المرحلة الأولي من مشروعها المتميز بخليج رأس الحكمة بالساحل الشمالي ” ” NAIA Bay وذلك بالتزامن مع البدئ في تنفيذ أعمال الهيكل الخرساني للأرض في منطقة “NAIA West” بمدينة الشيخ زايد الجديدة – تقع مباشرة علي طريق مصر إسكندرية الصحراوي الرئيسي- بما يتماشى مع جداول التنفيذ في المشروعين بل ويسبقها في عدد من التفاصيل.

من جانبه كشف محمد فرج، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة للقطاع التجاري بشركة “نايا للتطوير العقاري” أن المبيعات في الموسم الصيفي تعدت التوقعات مع وجود إقبال مبهر من العملاء على أكثر مراحل مشروع NAIA Bay “” رقياً وتميزاً وخصوصية وهي مرحلة ” VAIA” والتي تم الإعلان عنها وبيع جميع وحداتها بالكامل والتي شملت ” Twin villas and Town villas ” خلال شهري الصيف مع وجود قائمة انتظار تتطلع لطرح المرحلة الثانية والتي تمتلك أميز إطلالة علي الكريستال لاجون. وأضاف فرج أن نجاح نايا لم يكن مقصوراً على الساحل الشمالي حيث تم بيع ١٠٠٪؜ من وحدات المرحلة الأولى من مشروع “”NAIA West خلال ٦ شهور فقط والتي ضمت وحدات “Standalone villas , twin villas and town villas”.

وأكد نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة للقطاع التجاري لشركة نايا للتطوير العقاري أن نايا” نجحت بالفعل في ترسيخ إستراتيجيتها القائمة على تعظيم القيمة مقابل السعر وكانت تستجيب لطلب حقيقي موجود لدى العملاء وتقدم تنويعاً جديداً في منتجها العقاري يسير على نفس الخط في التنبؤ باحتياجات عملائنا وتلبيتها، وأن استراتيجية الشركة اليوم قائمة على التنبؤ باحتياجات العملاء وتوفير منتج يلبيها في سوق عقاري متغير وتنافسي وسريع النمو.

وصرح محمد فرج أن “نايا” قامت بإطلاق المرحلة الثانية من مشروع ” ” NAIA West بمدينة الشيخ زايد الجديدة – تقع مباشرة علي طريق مصر إسكندرية الصحراوي الرئيسي – أمام بوابات مطار سفينكس لغرب القاهرة وعلى بعد دقائق من أهم الخدمات والأماكن ,ومن المقرر أن تضم المرحلة الجديدة ل” ” NAIA West وحدات ” ” Standalone villas , twin villas and town villas بتصميم عصري متميز.

Naia’s blockbuster strategy, built on providing true value for money, has swept through the summer season, resulting in record-breaking sales revenues.
NAIA Developments has recently provided an update on the progress of its North Coast and New Sheikh City projects. Following a highly successful season, the company achieved remarkable milestones in terms of implementation, construction, and unprecedented sales.
The construction of the concrete structure for “NAIA Bay” is currently at 55% completion, with the final finishing for phase one in Ras Al-Hikma underway. Additionally, the land concrete structure in “NAIA West,” situated in New Sheikh Zayed City directly on the main Cairo – Alexandria road, is undergoing construction. Both projects are progressing ahead of schedule, as per the revised implementation timelines.
Mr. Mohamed Farag, Vice Chairman of Commercial Sector at NAIA Developments, disclosed that sales during the summer season surpassed expectations. The demand for the upscale and exclusive “VAIA” phase of the NAIA Bay project was particularly impressive, resulting in a complete sell-out of units, including Twin and Town villas. Furthermore, there is a growing list of customers expressing interest in the upcoming launch of the second phase, which will offer breathtaking views of the Crystal Lagoon. NAIA West’s first phase, featuring Standalone villas, Twin villas, and Town villas, has also sold out within six months.
Mr. Farag emphasized that NAIA’s success extends beyond the North Coast. He highlighted the company’s ability to consolidate its strategy, which focuses on delivering maximum value for money while meeting genuine customer demands. “By anticipating and fulfilling our customers’ needs, we have diversified our real estate offerings,” Farag explained. He further stated that NAIA’s strategy remains intact: predicting customer needs and providing products that meet them in a dynamic, competitive, and rapidly expanding real estate market.

In line with this commitment, NAIA has launched phase II of the “NAIA West” development in New Sheikh Zayed City. The project is conveniently located directly on the main Cairo-Alexandria road, adjacent to the new Sphinx International Airport, serving the western region of Cairo. It is also in close proximity to essential services and key destinations. The new phase will feature standalone villas, twin villas, and town villas, all boasting a distinctive modern design.
