استكمالا لسلسلة نجاحاتها في سوق العقارات المصري؛ تعقد «إنفستجيت» النسخة الـ20 من مائدتها المستديرة، والثالثة خلال عام 2023، تحت عنوان «دور الحوافز الحكومية في جذب فرص الاستثمار العقاري الرابحة» بالتعاون مع «جمعية رجال الأعمال المصريين»، في يوم الإثنين 13 نوفمبر2023 في تمام الساعة الـ 9 صباحا، بفندق «نايل ريتز كارلتون» بقاعة ألف ليلة وليلة، وذلك لتسليط الضوء على الجهود الحكومية المبذولة مؤخرا لدعم القطاع العقاري، حيث يحظى القطاع باهتمام كبير من جانب الدولة باعتباره أحد القطاعات المحورية للاقتصاد المصري.
لذا أصدرت الحكومة المصرية عدة قرارات ومبادرات خلال عام 2023، بهدف الحفاظ على استمرارية النشاط والزخم في القطاع العقاري، في محاولة منها لعودة النشاط إلى القطاع الذي تأثر بالأزمات الاقتصادية الأخيرة.
وخلال فعاليات المائدة؛ سيتم مناقشة آليات الحكومة في تيسير سبل التمويل العقاري وجهودها في تصدير العقار إلى الخارج، والقوانين التي أقرتها لجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي، وتوفير العملة الأجنبية، بالإضافة إلى تقديمها تيسيرات للمستثمرين لتخفيف تبعات تحرير سعر صرف العملة المحلية على القطاع.

فضلا عن مناقشة قوانين الاستثمار التي أقرتها الحكومة مؤخرا، والتعديلات الخاصة بقانون الاستثمار، والخطة الموضوعة لتشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، بجانب التيسيرات المقدمة للمطورين وقطاع المقاولات سواء من خلال مدة تنفيذ المشروعات أو التسهيلات البنكية أو المقدمة عند استلام الأراضي.
وفي سياق متصل، سيتم مناقشة قانون الرقم القومي الموحد للعقارات وكيفية تنفيذه، وكذلك مشروع العمارة الخضراء والهدف منه والمساحة المقرر تنفيذها، والجهود الحكومية لنشر المساحات الخضراء في مختلف المدن في مصر.

Invest-Gate Explores Key Government Incentives Driving Lucrative Real Estate Investment Opportunities

In continuation of its series of successes in the Egyptian real estate market, Invest-Gate will hold the 20th edition of its roundtable, and the third in 2023, titled “Unveiling Government Incentives for Lucrative Real Estate Investment Opportunities”. It is taking place in cooperation with the Egyptian Businessmen Association (EBA), on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 9 a.m. at the Nile Ritz-Carlton Hotel, in the Alf Leila We Leila Ballroom.
The roundtable highlights the government’s recent efforts to support the real estate sector, as the sector receives great attention from the state as it is one of the pivotal sectors of the Egyptian economy.
Hence, the Egyptian government issued several decisions and initiatives in 2023 intending to revive as well as maintain the continuity of activity and momentum in the real estate sector, which has felt the impact of recent economic crises.
Discussions at the roundtable will revolve around the government’s mechanisms for facilitating real estate financing, its efforts to export real estate abroad, and the laws it approved to attract foreign investment and provide foreign currency, in addition to providing facilities to investors to mitigate the consequences of liberalizing the local currency exchange rate on the sector.
The roundtable is divided into two main sessions: “Government Facilitations and Incentives” and “Tools for Overcoming Crises.” Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association and Chairman of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee, will moderate both sessions.

Additionally, discussions will cover recently approved investment laws, amendments to investment law(s), the government’s plan to attract foreign direct investment, and the provided facilities for developers and the contracting sector, such as project implementation timelines, bank facilities, and land acquisition assistance.
The roundtable will also address the implementation of the Unified National Real Estate ID Law and the green urbanization project, including its goals, the designated area for implementation, and government efforts to enhance green spaces in various cities across Egypt.
